- Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales Recruitment.
- Getting opt CPT, Fresh Consultants on our W2.
- Posting Resumes in Job Portals.
- Lead/Manage the Sales team which consists of 8 recruiters by assigning them Profiles.
- Got Top Notched Recruiters from Social Sites and Developer Relations for Our Consultants Responsible for marketing the bench candidates through different Technologies.
- Coordinating with Recruiters / Vendors and Marketing the Consultants as per their requirements.
- Coordinating with Consultants whether She /he is comfortable with the Job Roles / Location and Project Duration Etc., Preparing resume and updating resume according to the Client Needs.
- Collecting the e-mail ids from various Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Bench folks and Corp -Corp Technology Specific Sales Skills , Java, Python, Kafka, Hadoop, data Engineer etc.
- Contacting Clients, Vendors & Recruiters on regular basis.
- Calling the Profiles posted in Dice.com, Monster.com, Hotjobs.com, Career Builder.com, Job.com, etc interacting with the contact person of the company for the requirement discuss regarding open requirements.
- Sending Hot list of my consultants to my Vendors List and calling them to check with them on the requirements they are working.
- Having Good Relationship with Consultants and Vendors.
- Aware of the computer technologies and Sales process like searching, qualifying, submitting, scheduling interview, follow up with candidates, negotiations.
- Coordinating with Recruiter’s / Vendors and Marketing the Consultants as per their requirements.
